welcome to this beautiful mashup written by Timmy Heague, Patton Oswalt and Jordan Blum. Incredible art by the talented Scott Koblish! And to round it out vibrant colors by HI-FI and letters by Nate Piekos!

For the uninitiated you may cruise into a local provider of comics and wonder what is going on with archie and why? But this is no ordinary tale for our friend Archibald Andrews! In fact he might just be in for the fright or fight of his life.

The story begins with our favorite young witch with the sassiest cat in all the realms, Mrs. Sabrina Spellman and Salem are on the prowl for a magic artifact to do some bargaining for their own good and social life. To make this transaction she hi jacks none other than Archie and the gang on their way to a fieldtrip to Twilight City. Looking for what artifact? The five fingers of Merlin to be exact.

We then get to see the other side of this epic with our criminal queen Frankie aka Playtime as she beheads a magic user with zero remorse! Frankie has declared a war on magic as she has a grudge that can only be paid in blood, and she will get paid! But she is in need of some help! The help only a group of teens can provide….

With this story we get a complex blend of Archie trying to find his voice as he is particularly harassed by Reggie for being a good doer, even his harem of Betty and Veronica. We have Frankie trying to keep her grasp on the criminal empire while fighting a villain from the past Top Hat and the very reason she hates magic! The writers have done a beautiful job of capturing the allure of both series and what makes them unique yet blending them in harmony! Paired with the amazing art of Scott who really does great of keeping the vibrant colors of Minor Threats with the simplistic style of Archie!
